  • What items can be included in an estate sale?
Just about anything found in the home can be sold—furniture, decor, vintage items, artwork, jewelry, clothing, tools, linens, kitchen goods, and more. We recommend holding off on throwing anything away—what you see as trash might be treasure to a buyer!
  • How are prices determined for items?
We rely on our extensive industry experience, understanding of current market trends, and thorough research to set prices. Our aim is to price items fairly to attract buyers while reflecting their true market value.
  • What areas do you service?
While the majority of our work is centered in the Birmingham metro area, we also proudly offer our services in other areas of Alabama.
  • Are there any fees upfront?
Nope! There are no upfront charges. Our compensation is a percentage of the total sales, deducted only after the estate sale concludes.
  • What if I don’t have enough for a full estate sale?
No problem! We offer options for smaller sales or individual item consignment. Contact us to explore what solution works best for your situation.
  • Can you handle high-value items like jewelry, gold, silver, or vehicles?
Definitely. We’re experienced in selling valuable items like fine jewelry, precious metals, and vehicles. Let us know what you have, and we’ll ensure they’re handled properly.
  • When should I expect payment?
You’ll receive your payment within 10 business days following the conclusion of your estate sale.
  • Do you work with real estate professionals and attorneys?
Yes! We often collaborate with top real estate agents and attorneys throughout Alabama to support our clients during transitions.
  • Do you sell homes too?
While we don’t handle real estate sales directly, we’re happy to refer trusted local agents we’ve partnered with in the past.
  • Are you insured?
Yes, we have insurance and treat your home and belongings with professionalism and care.
  • What happens with the leftover items after the sale?
Once the sale ends, you’re welcome to walk through and decide what you’d like to keep or discard. We can assist with donations, full clean-outs, or arranging a buyout for unsold items.
  • Do I need to clean up before the sale?
Not at all—just remove personal documents, photos, and any items you wish to keep. We’ll handle all the sorting, staging, and pricing. And remember, please don’t toss anything out—many items have more value than you might expect!
  • What is the typical timeline for an estate sale?
Generally, we need around two weeks—one for organizing and pricing, and another for promotion. Most sales are held over one to three days, but larger estates may require additional time for preparation.
  • Do you offer appraisal services?
Yes, we do offer appraisal services. Reach out to us if you need a formal valuation for any items.
  • How do you promote the estate sale?
